After a swim in the Atlantic Ocean and a challenging bike ride on the steep and scenic local roads, the race finishes with a clifftop run that takes competitors high above the sea on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
The event returns to the iconic location of Cardiff Bay, with one of the fastest courses on the circuit attracting thousands of enthusiasts as well as elites contesting the national series titles.
After a swim in the legendary Bala Lake, this classic event moves to the water’s edge for a bike and run in the shadow of some of Wales’s highest mountains.
