Turning 54, Frank decided he needed to change his habits and get healthy. He quit smoking and the next day decided to get out on a bike, the day after he went out again, and again, and again. Now 15 years later at 69, he's still going strong. But it hasn't been easy, a few years ago Frank started to struggle to keep up with his local club riders and couldn't quite hit the hills like he used to. With the help of fellow club rider Emma, he decided to try the Ribble Endurance SLe, our super lightweight carbon e-road bike and he hasn't looked back... except to see how far behind the others are on the climbs now!!
