ÖTILLÖ Swimrun Engadin (the 1st race since the Covid-19 storm hit the world) is part of the ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Series and a qualifier to ÖTILLÖ, the Swimrun World Championship 2021 in the Swedish archipelago.
This destination is like a fairy tale. A unique race in a unique place, hosted in the fantastic Engadin Valley in Switzerland.
The well-known St Moritz is in one end of the valley and in the other you find the mountain communities of Silvaplana, Sils and Maloja.
The valley has several pristine mountain lakes on the valley floor and also some at altitude, up in the mountains.
In July the flowers are in full bloom, the glaciers hang over the valleys and the lakes have warmed up.
The valley floor is at 1700 metres which means that you are at altitude.
