The ECFIT Strength Performance Series 1 is designed to gain some tissue tolerance using heavier loads.

Included are some lighter loading sessions (Launch Sessions) to ensure you are recovering well before overwhelming your tissue and nervous system.

All of the session included in this Collection are Classes so the pace is set and the cueing is on point.
Enjoy the ride and be sure to take additional days off if needed.
